Whenever possible The Human Factor ensures that courses fulfil the principles of accredited learning and that all participants receive some form of transferable recognition for the training they have completed.

A competitive price structure is offered following a detailed analysis of requirements. A member of The Human Factor team can visit your work location to brief managers or management teams on the courses and training products and explain the concept of the company’s training ethos.

Following consultation with the client a bespoke training package will be proposed and if agreed, developed, which will be unique to that organisation.
