CREW RESOURCE
MANAGEMENT (CRM) FOUNDATION PROGRAMME This two day CRM Foundation program is
designed to fulfil the needs of a cross section of professions
including Pilots, Flight Engineers, Cabin Crew, Observers,
Maintenance Technicians, Air Traffic Control and all medical
personnel associated with air operations.

and performance and takes into account key ‘topical’
Leadership and Management development issues.
PERSONALITY
PROFILING INVENTORIES Our Extensive use of Personality Profiling,
in particular, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator provides delegates
with the necessary platform from which to identify valuable
differences between people – differences that can be the
source of much misunderstanding, misinterpretation and miscommunication.
Taking the MBTI inventory and receiving feedback will help you
identify your unique gifts and clearly demonstrate how they
can be applied to the working environment.
SALES TEAM DEVELOPMENT Effective sales teams are the life blood
of any organisation therefore, high quality, well motivated
salespeople are the key to success. Gaining customer interest
from the start and staying in control is a common ability found
in successful salespeople. This course is designed to help you
develop a level of confidence that comes from knowing you have
the skills to suceed in any sales situation.
