Introduction:
The need for Human Factors Awareness (HFA).
Recognise the relationship between HFA and Leadership/ Followership.

Personality Type:
Identify the 16 personality types.
Recognise how to assess another person’s personality type.
Identify how behaviour changes with the application of stress.
Recognise how to ‘de-stress’ any individual by the application of a knowledge of personality type.
Recognise how communications are effected by personality type.
Recognise how personality type manifests itself in the working environment.

Decision Making:
Identify the definition and purpose of effective decision-making.
Identify the factors that promote sound decision-making.
Identify the steps involved in sound decision making.

Effective use of empowerment.
Principles of delegation.
The benefits of empowerment.
Techniques for managing Human Error

Analysis of an Individuals Style of Leadership and Followership:
How do I contribute to the effectiveness of the team?
What areas can I identify where a different approach/style or attitude could improve the performance of my team?
How can I test my findings in the workplace?
