UNITED KINGDOM CREW RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTOR (CRMI) COURSE

The ‘Train the Trainer’ programme covers both theoretical and practical aspects of modern CRM training. This interactive course utilises a variety of media, including video case studies, CVR recordings and Accident Investigation reports. During the course, participants also receive training in instructional techniques, facilitation, critique and feedback techniques. Following the course the student will have the knowledge, foundation and materials to deliver a professional CRM course suitable for pilots, cabin crew and maintenance technicians or any mixture of these professions in small workshops.

The course includes:

• 5 days Training at the Royal Air Force Museum Conference Centre (Hendon) Or a venue to suit client requirements.
• Refreshments and lunch during the course training days.
• CRM Instructor Training manuals in hardcopy and on CD.
• Power point presentations on CD.
• Full set of course handouts on paper and CD-Rom.
• Copyright permission for reproduction and utilisation of course manuals and handouts for use within the delivery of training to Airline companies.

Certification on successful completion of the course.
